UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR: A MULTIDISCIPLINARY REVIEW OF THE HIGHLY CITED PAPERS

Our multidisciplinary review paper aims to explore the research paradigms of unethical behavior from different academic perspectives. By doing this, our contributes a better understanding by drawing knowledge alternative understandings such behavior. More specifically, inquiry summarize main findings documented scholars disciplines that conducted independent on topic using unique perspectives and ideas associated with field. As such, in order gain how is examined through range areas we assessed highly cited papers found at intersection various categories as management, business economics, psychology, ethics, engineering, environmental sciences ecology, public occupational health. The results show analyzed cluster around two major themes antecedents factors increasing/enabling (e.g. propensity moral disengagement, psychological entitlement, self-serving justifications, job insecurity, air pollution, polluted social contexts, creativity, favorable attitudes upper-class toward greed, etc.) deterring or limiting it religion, ethical leadership).
